Domalewski Advisory s.r.o.
 

We are independent real estate advisors. We represent the office, industrial and retail tenants when negotiating lease terms on their behalf with landlords. We can ensure the entire process – finding suitable premises, workplace consultancy, negotiation of rental conditions, coordination of fit out works will be completed smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, we provide consultancy in the field of commercial real estate to all those interested in buying or leasing a property.

Domalewski Advisory s.r.o. was set up by a group of real estate professionals with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Our goal is to provide top-quality services that precisely reflect the needs and requests of our clients.

 
Our key people

Pavel Domalewski

Founder

Pavel Domalewski is the founder of Domalewski Advisory s.r.o. He has been providing consultancy and advisory services in the area of commercial real estate since 2005. Pavel previously worked in senior and managing positions in the international real estate companies Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ. During his extensive career, he has had opportunity to work for both landlords (leasing and asset management) and tenants (tenant representation).

Tenant representation services are the main part of his activities within Domalewski Advisory s.r.o. He is also responsible for a team of consultants, for advisory services in acquisitions of commercial real estate on behalf of the purchasers, and further strategic development of the company. Pavel belongs to the most experienced professionals in the commercial real estate market, which is particularly appreciated by clients (see references), who repeatedly seek his services.

Petr Špaček

Project Management Director

Petr has over 20 years of extensive experience working in project management in many cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He has worked for the largest international real estate companies such as CBRE and DTZ (Cushman & Wakefield) in Prague.

 

His main role in our company is managing the Project Management department and provision of advisory services in the area of project management and building and construction consultancy. Petr is committed to high quality services based on years of experience for both domestic and international companies - Oracle, Unicredit, Citibank, etc.

Kateřina Reková

Architect, Workplace Consultant

Kateřina cooperates with Domalewski Advisory s.r.o. as an architect and a workplace consultant. Her job is to help clients create a working environment and design office space.

 

Kateřina uses her extensive experience in architecture and consulting for many companies. Her hobby is to follow trends in architecture, design and development of the work environment. She is also a co-owner of successful architectural studio ARCHITEKTI CCA (www.architekticca.cz).
