Domalewski Advisory
We are an independent real estate consulting company. We specialize in the provision of comprehensive real estate advice to tenants and buyers of office, warehouse, and retail space across Central Europe. We exclusively represent companies that rent or own commercial premises.
We manage the entire process - we find suitable premises, negotiate advantageous conditions, and arrange the implementation of any required modifications or adjustments to the layout of the premises.
Domalewski Advisory sro was founded at the beginning of 2016 by a group of experienced real estate professionals. From the outset, we set ourselves the goal of providing first-class services that exceed the expectations of our clientele. We maintain this outlook to this day and stand by the quality of our services.
Over the past three years we have worked alongside more than 50 companies, helping them lease in excess of 96,000 m2 of commercial space. We saved our clients more than CZK 248 million when negotiating lease terms.
