The development company AFI EUROPE has signed a lease contract with Canadian Medical Care (CMC), a member of the EUC Group. The medical services provider will be using more than 2,300 sq m of premium office premises in an administrative complex in Evropská Street in Prague 6.
CMC will have its headquarters there. A private clinic and a pharmacy (125 sq m) will complement its medical services. AFI EUROPE Czech Republic leasing manager Kateřina Holická said that AFI Vokovice should pass the final inspection at the end of the summer of 2018 and Canadian Medical Care will move in there in September 2018.
