Total revenue recorded by CPI PROPERTY GROUP (CPI) in Q1 2017 increased from EUR 76m to EUR 95m. Gross income from rents fell from EUR 57m to EUR 54m. Net profit increased from EUR 21m to EUR 23m.
The group completed a retail portfolio acquisition with a total lettable area of 265,000 m2 in the period. The transaction included also the retail centres Olympia Plzeň and Nisa Liberec or the multi-purpose complex Zlatý Anděl in Prague.
CPI also took over Ústí nad Labem-based Hotel Vladimír with a capacity of 172 beds.
