A building of 33,700 square metres, which Prologis completed at the Prologis Park Prague-Rudná pro SPORTISIMO in the year 2017, has gained the highest degree of accreditation for BREEAM: Outstanding. In the final assessment, it reached the score of 88.1 %.
This proves, among other things its environmental friendliness and the operating savings, which it enables. According to the developer, this is the first logistic real estate with this evaluation.
