This article describes Generation Z (=the Generation after Millennials) and how their workspace expectations should influence working environment. The author of this article expects that to attract Gen Z employees it will be necessary to offer them flexible workplace design with more „hybrid“ offices. Drastic change won’t occur overnight, but it’s coming, and we need to be prepared. We need to consider a new way of thinking to accommodate “new kids” and “older kids,” encouraging them to play nicely in the sandbox.
